SUMMARY:Annual Conference 2027
UID:46
DESCRIPTION:   \n\nOver the past decade we have grown from a small group of like-minded professionals into a thriving community of lawn care businesses. Our members share knowledge, raise standards and support one another.\n\nThis year’s conference is a chance to celebrate how far we have come and to shape where we go next. Over two days, you will hear practical, honest insight on the issues that matter most to lawn care businesses today:\n\nbuilding strong foundations for growthusing artificial intelligence recruiting and keeping good stafffinding the hidden profit in your businessturning more enquiries into loyal customerspreparing lawns for a changing climateAll of this sits alongside plenty of time to network with fellow members and sponsors.\n\nWhether you have been with us from the start or are just getting to know us, there is a place for you at this conference.\n\nWhy come along?\n\nIf you’re a new member\n\nMeet people straight away. Our New Member Drinks Reception on Monday evening is a relaxed way to meet fellow members and the Association Committee before dinner.Get the most from your membership. Find out what the association offers and how other members use it to grow their businesses.Learn from experience. Hear from businesses that have already faced the challenges you are facing now and learn what worked for them.Build your support network. The contacts you make here can become trusted advisers, suppliers and friends for years to come.If you’re an existing member\n\nCelebrate -  you helped build this association, so join us and help plan the next 10 years.Stay ahead of change. Artificial intelligence, climate change and recruitment are reshaping our industry. Leave with practical ideas you can use straight away.Find more profit and more customers. Share your experience. Your stories and lessons help other members grow, and the whole industry benefits.Catch up with familiar faces and make some new connectionsIf you’ve never been to a conference before\n\nIt’s friendly and welcoming. It is simply lawn care professionals helping each other succeed. It’s practical, not academic. Every session is designed around real businesses and real challenges; with ideas you can put into practice the following week. It’s time well spent. Taking two days away from the business can feel difficult. Many members tell us the ideas, contacts and confidence they gain repay that time many times over. You’ll see the bigger picture.
