Summer Festival 2025

Download Event to Calendar

2 July 2025 – 9.00am – 3.30pm

Hosts

DLF  will be hosting the event at their NEW Showcase area in Worcestershire. Attendees will be given EXCLUSIVE access to the Showcase Area as well as tours of the trials and product development areas for amenity grass and wildflowers and the state of the art production facilities.

This is an amazing opportunity for you and your technicians to get in-depth knowledge of the plant breeding, species development and seed production process. Applying that knowledge within your business will enable you to offer a superior service to your clients.

Unmissable Presentations

Summer Festival must be one of the most cost-effective training opportunities in the entire lawn care industry. We have a full line up of industry experts lined up to share their knowledge with you. Talks, seminars and workshops are entirely optional at this very relaxed event. Pick and choose which ones you are interested in.

More details on the presentations will be released in the days an weeks to come. Please keep an eye out on the website and the members Facebook Group for updates.

Hands-On Machinery Testing

Your ideal opportunity to try out new machinery and make informed decisions when it comes to upgrading your fleet.

Techneat, PSD and SISIS will each be bringing a range of machinery and equipment for you to test out.

Fertiliser Spreader Calibration Sessions

We all know that the key to successful lawn feeding is accurate application. And that means ensuring that your fertiliser spreader is carefully calibrated. At this year’s summer festival, the experts at ICL and Greenbest will be providing a calibration session to help members get the best from their machine and product.

Sprayer Health Checks

A unique opportunity to have your own sprayer checked over by the team at Hozelock.  Bring along your sprayer to the event and they will go through it with you.

Wetting Agents Demonstration

Origin Amenity Solutions will be providing technical support and demonstration of wetting agents.

Sponsors’ Area

The UKLCA is supported by an elite group of industry sponsors who, between them, offer a comprehensive range of products and services to lawn care companies across the country. They will be waiting to welcome you to the sponsors’ area where you can learn from their experts and discover how they can make your life easier.

Please take the time to visit the area and introduce yourself, for without our wonderful sponsors, the UKLCA would not be such a helpful and cost effective resource for you and your team.

Networking Opportunities

Most of our members tell us that it’s the networking opportunities that put the cherry on top of the icing on UKLCA membership cake. It’s refreshing and helpful to connect with others who have the same appreciation of beautiful lawns and understand the highs and lows of working in our industry.

Food and Drink

The breakfast and lunch is being provided by Happy Herefords so bacon rolls and burgers will be available to you (they will also cater for the vegetarian members!)

GreenBest have very kindly sponsored the breakfast with Field Compost sponsoring the lunch !
Thank you to both of them for their continued support of the Association.
