Tillers Turf are the hosts for our 2026 Summer Festival. They have an amazing site in Newark and have very kindly opened their doors to us for this member event. The event will include a tour of the Tillers Turf site, hosted by their Technical Manager.

Networking Opportunities
Most of our members tell us that it’s the networking opportunities that are the most benefical part of UKLCA membership. It’s refreshing and helpful to connect with others who have the same appreciation and understanding of the highs and lows of working in our industry.
Food and Drink
The breakfast and lunch is being provided by Happy Herefords so bacon rolls and burgers will be available to you (they will also cater for the vegetarian members!)

Cost
With so much on offer, the standard price of £50 + VAT per person offers excellent value for money. It also includes breakfast on arrival and lunch !

Event Booking Terms and Conditions
Booking Confirmation: By making a booking for an event, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and confirmation from the event organiser.
Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. Failure to make payment within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the event organizer.
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund minus any applicable administrative fees.
Cancellations made after the specified deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
The event organiser reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, participants will be notified.
Liability: The event organiser is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by participants during the event. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
Changes to the Program: The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, including speakers, agenda, without prior notice.
Photography and Recording: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. Please notify the event organiser if you do not wish to be photographed or recorded.
Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during the event. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
