2025 Annual Conference - Speaker Announcement - Claire Mould

We are delighted to announce our first speaker at the 2025 Conference.

Claire Mould, the founder of Curve Strategic Ltd, is a highly experienced international consultant, mentor, trainer and presenter. Following a successful academic career as a post-doctoral Senior Research Fellow, lecturer, and author in the field of neuroscience and effective leadership she launched her own training and development company, before spending over fifteen years as a CEO. The most recent having over 200 employees and a multimillion pound turnover.  

Curve Strategic, is a company that supports organisations to identify and embed strategic solutions, focusing on the integral importance of policy, process, and practice. Underpinned by emotionally intelligent leadership and organisational growth, that result in effective recruitment and positive retention  

Underpinning Claire’s career has been her passion to work with individuals and organisations to facilitate their growth potential in an accessible, non – threatening, compassionate yet strategic way.  She has an expertise in providing highly strategic, analytical, emotionally intelligent solutions that generate, inform, facilitate and embed individual and organisational growth.  Increasing productivity and profitability through clarity, coherence, connectivity, communication and compassion.
